Role Introduction

Reports to: Digital Experience Manager – Operations

This role is part of our Digital Experience Department (DEX), which is dedicated to providing our customers with exceptional digital experiences that are seamlessly integrated into our brand.

As the Assistant Manager Digital Products Insights, you will be responsible for driving data-informed decision-making across our product teams. You will leverage your expertise in analytics tools and SQL to develop impactful dashboards and reports, enabling deeper insights into product performance and user behavior. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our product discovery process and optimize user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product teams to gather reporting requirements for both web and mobile applications, ensuring that dashboards and reports meet the needs of stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain reusable dashboards, visualizations, and reports that offer insights into product performance and user behavior for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and provide analytical support.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, customer behavior, and anomalies in datasets to generate insights that inform product discovery and enhance user engagement.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract relevant data for analysis and reporting.
  • Conduct funnel analysis and conversion tracking to assess user journeys and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with UX researchers to integrate qualitative insights with quantitative data for a holistic understanding of user behavior.
  • Create tables, reports, and dashboards that effectively communicate insights and tell a compelling story about product performance and user interactions.
  • Ensure high-quality digital data for performance reviews and in-depth analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics).
  • 3-5 years of experience in product analytics or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metrics, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Tableau, or equivalent.
  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries.
  • In-depth understanding of funnels, conversion analysis, and user behavior metrics.
  • Proven ability to generate actionable insights that drive product decisions.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers and UX researchers.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting findings to diverse audiences.
