Senior Business Development Manager (5-Day Work) We are now seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead our revenue growth strategy. In this critical leadership role, you will: Shape and execute high-impact sales and marketing initiatives. Identify growth opportunities and cultivate strategic partnerships. Job Responsibilities Drive Revenue Growth – Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to accelerate sustainable revenue growth across target markets. Lead High-Performance Teams – Direct, support, and actively contribute to the success of business development and marketing teams in achieving and surpassing company objectives. Expand Strategic Partnerships – Identify, recruit, and manage global business partners to strengthen our international footprint and diversify our customer portfolio. Build Industry Relationships – Cultivate and maintain strong, strategic alliances with regulatory bodies, trade associations (e.g., IATA, TIACA, HAFFA, HKLA), and influential stakeholders. Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration – Align closely with internal departments—Marketing, Solutions, and Product Development to ensure seamless execution of go‑to‑market and partnership plans. Enhance Brand Visibility – Represent the company at global industry events and conferences as a thought leader and speaker to elevate brand recognition and build influence. Develop Future Leaders – Inspire, mentor, and empower team members through performance management, continuous development, and hands‑on leadership. Handle ad‑hoc tasks – Complete the projects/tasks as assigned on time. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in B2B sales management, ideally within logistics, freight forwarding, GDS, airline, or IT solution sectors. Candidates with a strong IT background will be given priority. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and building new international markets from the ground up. Proven experience in developing, leading, and managing high‑performing sales teams. Strategic thinker with strong leadership and people management skills. Polished communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation, good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin. Proactive, results‑oriented, and highly motivated to achieve sales targets. Frequent travel is required.
