Jupiter provides investment services to individual and institutional investors through mutual funds, separately managed accounts and sub‑advised funds, and has experienced international growth with offices open in EMEA, APAC and the US. Background The role is a sales‑support position based in Hong Kong, reporting to the Head of Sales, North Asia. The incumbent will provide sales support functions to the North Asia Sales team with the goal of building the Asia business. Key Responsibilities High‑standard client service with consistent follow‑up and follow‑through. Assist Sales Directors with sales pitches, client meetings and queries. Collaborate with the Marketing team to organize and host client events and support campaigns. Coordinate with Client Service teams in Singapore and globally to support client needs. Collect data and coordinate with colleagues from various departments to complete client DDQs and RFPs. Manage daily client email traffic efficiently and in a timely manner. Maintain knowledge of client account opening and maintenance procedures. Work with Legal, Compliance and Oversight officers on client onboarding. Work with Client Reporting to complete regular reports for clients. Keep the Salesforce database up‑to‑date and contribute to improvements in the Sales team’s working processes. Support the Head of Hong Kong with basic office logistics and administration. Desired Skills / Experience 3‑5 years of relevant industry experience. Direct sales/client‑facing/business development experience preferred but not essential if other skills are evident. Good knowledge of, and interest in, financial markets and investments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including good written English. Team player mentality. Positive, can‑do attitude. Affable and likeable personality.
