Join to apply for the Client Services, PvB role at Standard Chartered . 5 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Responsibilities Assist Relationship Managers in delivering business results through quality information flow and banking and investment services to clients, and in advising and executing transactions. Maintain internal controls, risk governance, compliance policy, client communication, and profiles to prevent operational risk events and meet regulator requirements. Provide comprehensive client support to RMs for a broad range of banking and investment transactions for Private Banking clients. Provide accurate and timely transactional and administrative support. Handle day‑to‑day client and RM queries related to operations, systems, and account balancing. Support RMs in sales documentation, client profiling, KYC diligence, and data capture. Assist in preparing credit applications, financial review documentation, and other customer correspondence. Escalate customer complaints following established procedures. Ensure compliance with money‑laundering prevention procedures and report suspicious activities. Support risk management and regulatory conduct, including mitigating credit, legal, and documentation risks. Collaborate with stakeholders (RMs, team leaders, client partners, operations, COO office) to address risk and compliance matters. Business Processes and Risk Management Process client documents and reporting to align with internal standards. Adhere to credit policy and operational procedures. Identify, mitigate, and report risks and potential money‑laundering activities during onboarding. Qualifications HKMA Relevant Individual Type 1. Role Specific Technical Competencies Client Service Experience in Banking Industry. General Banking Knowledge. Investment and Product Knowledge. Communication Skills. Languages: English, Mandarin, Cantonese. Knowledge of Banking Practices and Regulations.
