Assistant Client Service Manager – Private Banking & Trust Services Hang Seng's Private Banking provides bespoke services for high‑net‑worth individuals, offering tailored investment advice, capital solutions, health & protection, and trustee services. As part of this team, you will build close relationships with clients, deliver professional advice, and contribute to the bank's profitability. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive client support to Relationship Managers (RMs) executing a broad range of banking and investment transactions for Private Banking clients. Assist RMs in preparing business credit applications, financial review documentation, and other client correspondence. Maintain and strengthen relationships with high‑net‑worth clients, providing personalized service and support. Assist in the management of client accounts, ensuring accuracy in documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Work closely with business partners to respond to inquiries within a reasonable time. Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance checks are completed. Manage annual processes (CRS/FATCA attestation, W‑Form renewal, TIN collection, etc.) ensuring timely, high‑quality completion. Ensure the team delivers in line with internal procedures/SLA and complies with standards and policy. Requirements University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications. Pass the HKSI and IIQE licensing examinations. Proven experience in banking with knowledge of investment and insurance products; experience dealing with high‑net‑worth customers is an advantage. Effective communication skills, openness to change and resilience in challenging situations. Strong sales and service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of application software. Proficiency in English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua and other dialects is an advantage. High level of customer‑centric mindset and dedication to delivering exceptional quality services. Professional qualifications such as the Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under the HKIB are a plus.
