About the role Bingo Management Services Limited is seeking a talented and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This is a full‑time position based in Causeway Bay Wan Chai District, Hong Kong. In this key role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to support the company's growth objectives. What you'll be doing Proactively research and identify potential new customers and clients. Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire new business (new markets include, but are not limited to, Mainland China, Hong Kong, and overseas). Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful client onboarding and retention. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform business development initiatives. Contribute to the development of the company's sales and marketing plans. Communicate with the internal team to understand business information and provide suggestions on product promotion and sales strategies. What we're looking for Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably within the sales industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships. Demonstrated ability to identify and qualify sales opportunities. Strong negotiation and influencing skills to close deals. Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market data. Proactive, self‑motivated and driven to exceed sales targets. Relevant educational qualifications or training in sales, marketing or a related field. Familiarity with content or IP commercialization is preferred.
