We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our fintech startup. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential clients in the construction industry. Your role will involve generating sales leads, pitching our products/services, and closing deals. Fluency in English, Cantonese (must-have), and Mandarin is required for effective communication with clients. Responsibilities: Generate sales opportunities from construction contractor clients. Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, meetings, and exhibitions. Pitch the company's products/services to potential clients. Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market. Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and the relevant team members. Report sales results to the Business Development Director. Stay up-to-date with new products/services offered by the company. Provide proper after-sales service to clients. Requirements and Skills: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Outgoing and active, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations. Fluent in English, Cantonese (must-have), and Mandarin. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls. Track record of achieving sales quotas. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce). Familiarity with MS Excel for analyzing spreadsheets and charts. Understanding of sales performance metrics. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Construction, or a relevant field. Proven work experience as a sales representative or in a similar role. Knowledge and experience in the Hong Kong construction industry will be prioritized. We offer a competitive base salary, sales incentives based on sales performance, and a year-end bonus.
