Executive Officer II (Project Manager, Youth Entrepreneurship Project) Office of Undergraduate Studies ) The CUHK Business School is a leading business school and a pioneer in business education in Hong Kong. The Office of Undergraduate Studies of CUHK Business School is looking for a high‑calibre candidate to join the team. Responsibilities Maintain connections with partners in Hong Kong and Chinese Mainland for networking and facilitation of programme/project execution Co‑ordinate and manage the organisation and execution of entrepreneurial funding and competition programmes in Hong Kong and Chinese Mainland Perform project administration and follow‑ups for projects, teams and start‑ups (e.g. documentation and reporting) Organise, execute and monitor the delivery of different entrepreneurial learning and training activities for the CUHK community and beyond Collaborate with CUHK academic staff and researchers to promote joint entrepreneurship activities with partnering associations and stakeholders within or outside CUHK Provide secretarial and promotional support to the development and operation of the office for PR, reports and initiatives pertaining to entrepreneurship, knowledge transfer and commercialisation Perform any other duties as assigned by the Project Director or his/her delegates Travel outside Hong Kong and work outside office hours, including weekends, as required Qualifications Good Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Entrepreneurship or a related discipline Fulfil the English language requirements set out on the CUHK website At least 5 years of post‑qualification executive experience Demonstrated experience in project management, supporting start‑ups and fostering entrepreneurship development Strong understanding of the start‑up ecosystem, including knowledge of funding mechanisms, incubation/acceleration programmes and market trends Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships with diverse stakeholders Willingness to work under pressure and tight schedules Practical industry experience is preferred Applicants must submit copies of certificates showing that they have fulfilled the language requirements and/or academic qualifications stated above; otherwise, their applications will NOT be considered.
