Responsibilities Liaise with the brand to develop a nationwide sales strategy and quantifiable targets for authorized brand products, taking into account market trends and consumer habits in the home healthcare sector. Define key indicators — such as annual/quarterly sales volume, channel coverage, and core product market share—for online, offline, and regional targets to ensure goal achievement. Mainly manage as the sole agent with an international brand. Conduct specific sales and marketing activities of rehabilitation equipment / medical devices/ consumer health care products to hospitals, NGOs, and elderly homes. Build online and offline distribution channels and develop tailored policies for different channel characteristics. Coordinate internal company resources to implement brand promotion and ensure supply chain stability. Recruit and train the team, quickly build a core team, and establish a diversified incentive mechanism. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Health Management, or related fields. Experience and knowledge in medical and healthcare are advantages. Over 8 years of experience in brand agency sales and management, including at least 3 years of experience in a marketing team or full-brand agency operation and management. A proven track record of leading a team to outstanding performance, with clear performance data. Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
