Senior Business Manager / Business Director Develop and Sell Campaigns: Market and sell innovative, integrated campaigns and proposals, leveraging the full suite of platform packages and specialized services to meet client needs and maximize HK01 resources. Sales Planning and Team Management: Formulate sales plans and forecasts aligned with market conditions; lead the team to achieve assigned sales targets. Performance Measurement: Establish and implement effective metrics to monitor, evaluate, and improve sales performance. Account Management: Manage key account relationships with a focus on expanding the client base. Sales Cycle Management: Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. Advertising Solutions: Design and deliver tailored advertising solutions that align with client requirements. Identify Opportunities: Conduct market research and networking to identify new business opportunities and develop customized approaches to enhance customers’ marketing and brand awareness. Job Requirements Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Sales Experience: Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, with 8+ years of relevant experience. Leadership Skills: Extensive experience in leading and developing sales teams; preferably with at least 2 years of team management experience. Digital Media Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital media and internet advertising, including creative concepts and performance metrics. Client Relations: Established professional relationships with a diverse network of media agencies and direct clients. Budget Understanding: Solid grasp of advertiser budget cycles and pitching processes. Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively.
