This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to product development and manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. What you'll be doing? Lead and inspire: Guide and motivate your team to achieve operational excellence. Oversee operations: Manage order processing, customer service, and internal coordination. Coordinate internally: Work with various departments to ensure smooth operations. Support planning: Assist in material planning and product development. Engage with customers: Conduct meetings with international customers across multiple time zones. Who are they looking for? Educational background: A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields. Experience required: Minimum of 5-7 years in customer service, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Language proficiency: Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Technical skills: Strong proficiency in SAP. Analytical mindset: Detail-oriented and sensitive to data.
