Senior Customer Service Officer

What you’ll be doing? Lead the handling and resolution of regulatory and escalated complaints, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and internal policies. Serve as an independent advisor to frontline service teams, providing guidance and support to resolve complex cases with professionalism, empathy, and in alignment with compliance expectations. Conduct quality assurance audits, providing actionable feedback and coaching to elevate service performance across all teams. Collect and analyze customer dissatisfaction insights, identify complaint trends, and translate them into meaningful recommendations to improve products, services, and operations. Who are we looking for? Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in complaint management and customer service, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector. Solid understanding of regulatory standards and customer care best practices. IIQE Paper 1 & 2 Certificates are required (can be obtained during on-the-job training period). Strong communication skills—fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken), and proficient in typing in Traditional Chinese and English. Tech‑savvy and organized, with the ability to manage multiple digital tools, prioritize effectively, and perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. A customer‑first mindset—empathetic, patient, proactive, self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, reliable, and a strong team player who works well independently and cross‑functionally.
