Senior Officer – Customer Service (Part‑time Hybrid) This is a part‑time hybrid role for a Senior Officer – Customer Service , offering the flexibility to work both on‑site and remotely. The Senior Officer is responsible for leading customer service operations, ensuring high‑quality service delivery, and supporting the continuous improvement of customer-facing processes. The role involves handling complex inquiries, resolving escalated issues, coaching junior staff, and ensuring that customer interactions align with organizational service standards. The Senior Officer works closely with customer service teams, internal departments, and management to monitor performance metrics, streamline workflows, and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising daily service activities, analyzing customer feedback, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities to improve service efficiency. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, supporting training programs, implementing process enhancements, and ensuring compliance with operational policies. By providing strong leadership and strategic support, the Senior Officer – Customer Service plays a key role in strengthening customer relationships, maintaining service excellence, and contributing to the organization’s brand reputation.
