A Life Insurance Company is seeking a calibre candidate to join their CS Team. Job Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries regarding underwriting, policy administration, and claims. Deliver exceptional end-to-end service with a focus on customer satisfaction. Identify distributors’ needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide effective solutions. Build sustainable relationships with distributors by going the extra mile. Keep management informed about issues and challenges. Qualifications High Diploma or above with 1 to 2 years of Customer Service or Hotline experience in insurance, banking or financial industry. Strong background in customer service or insurance agency background will be considered. Holder of IIQE 1, 2, 3 License is an advantage. Proficient in English and Chinese (both spoken and written); proficiency in Putonghua is preferred. Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
