We enable our clients to accelerate their advances in Technology, and changes in business models so that that they can compete at the forefront of today and tomorrow’s world.Key Responsibilities Ensure a thorough understanding of our clients' needs and provide technical advice and recommendations. Lead the Fit/Gap analysis to define the solution design, including to-be processes, solution architecture, integration design, migration approach, and non-functional requirements. Produce high-level architecture designs and diagrams related to cloud deployment, microservice architectures, web applications, and mobile native applications. Ensure the use of appropriate technologies to create state-of-the-art solutions. Utilize diagram tools and methodologies to create visual representations of business and application capabilities, features, and functions. Define all aspects of development activities, including technology stacks, development cycles, and coding standards. Implement modern release processes (DevOps) to ensure smooth and high-quality delivery of solutions. Lead architects and developers both onshore and offshore, ensuring the quality and validation of deliverables according to the design document. Experience & BackgroundMinimum of 10 years' experience in application development, system design or enterprise architecture. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a client-facing solution architect role or technical pre-sales role. Experience in at least 2 technology transformation/implementation projects in a technical leadership role on deals worth over 1M USD or 7M HKD. Expertise in architecting solutions for both cloud and on-premises hosting models; ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements and estimate the financial impact of solution architecture alternatives; quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies. Familiarity with distributed and resilient system design. Excellent knowledge and experience with UML and other modeling methods (e.g., TOGAF, ArchiMate). Hands-on experience in cloud design (e.g., Azure, AWS). Hands-on experience with container infrastructure (e.g., Kubernetes, OpenShift). Hands-on experience in microservice architecture design and its technology stacks, including API control, logging and tracing, messaging, and NoSQL. Understanding of software quality assurance principles. A technical mindset with great attention to detail. Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. Certification in Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF) is a plus. Certification in Cloud Architecture (Azure/AWS) is a plus.
