Solutions Architect

The Business Engineering Team is looking for a high performance Solutions Architect with an entrepreneurial mindset. As a Solutions Architect, you will lead the industry by enabling clients to realize the full potential of Meta’s marketing and/or messaging solutions and even defining new solutions. You will work with executives at top‑tier companies on their industry‑leading initiatives, translating their business goals into an execution plan using Meta’s suite of platforms and products. This role will allow you to apply your passion for problem solving to achieving real‑world results at Meta scale. Solutions Architect Responsibilities Act as a technical consultant and subject matter expert on Meta’s marketing and messaging solutions for some of the most innovative companies in the world Guide our clients to the most optimal implementations by walking them through the technical details of Meta’s platform and products Work closely with sales teams to unlock and develop new opportunities by developing a comprehensive understanding of business goals and industry trends Work closely and partner with product teams Understand and apply knowledge of products, technologies and business to build solutions to solve problems at scale Build relationships with team members and cross‑functional partners Share project updates and insights Influence decision‑making through presentation of data‑centric business topics Participate in interviewing and onboarding of new team members Travel requirement: up to 25% of the time Minimum Qualifications Combined experience as an Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Partner/Sales Engineer Experience working with software systems including querying, working with data, and working with API development Experience communicating with technical and business audiences at prospects or clients Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience Experience with web, mobile, or enterprise technology stack Experience demonstrating knowledge of industry technology areas and trends Fluent in English and Mandarin Preferred Qualifications Technical understanding of Meta advertising and messaging products (including WhatsApp Business API, Ads and Pages API) Experience working with API documents, calling APIs using scripts, and testing APIs Knowledge of AdTech, advertising, or digital marketing (brand or direct response) Experience with integration projects Experience in stakeholder management About Meta Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
