Roles & Responsibilities Lead and Support client architect team in defining the overall system architecture strategy for the P&C modernization, ensuring scalable, secure, and integrated solutions aligned with business goals This resource will closely work with the client’s IT chief architect, business architect, and solution architect, as well as the AMS application support team Support the client Architect team in preparing and obtaining approval for data, application, and tech architecture throughoutthe architecture approval gates Manage architectural governance and collaborate with packaged solution vendors to maintain architectural integrity throughout the project lifecycle Requirements Onshore, Cantonese speaker 8+ years of insurance architecture experience, preferably P&C Proven experience in architecture gates submission, Business, Data, Application, and technology architecture, with a strong understanding of Insurtech/ insurance policy admin systems Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and infrastructure technologies Familiarity with the Core system and Generative AI technologies and their practical applications.
