Calling Interior Designers / Architects (Senior) We are Linehouse, a design firm (of architects and interior designers) who do things a little differently. We are looking for interior designers / architects to join our team here in Hong Kong. You may already know us (Basehall HK, Central Park Bangkok), you may not know what sets us apart. We have projects across a broad range of typologies both local and throughout APAC so if this sounds like you, read on... Do you have a strong design sensibility, able to execute projects from concept through to site delivery, do you have a strong attention to detail and able to communicate well? Responsibilities Working in the design team developing design concepts through drawings, models, images, materials and mood boards. Creating strong visuals for presentations and imagery, through 3D rendering, sketches and references. Producing technical drawings for tender and construction. Communicating and coordinating with suppliers, contractors and clients. Desired Skills & Qualifications Personality, a smile and a willingness to learn will be a big advantage; Four-five + years professional work experience as an interior designer / architect (or more if in a corporate role). Holding an industry recognized diploma or degree in interior design or architecture. Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling (Sketchup), Endscape, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office. We work as a team, and at the same time you need to be able to work independently and manage their own workload. We can provide plenty of autonomy. Our clients care and so do we about detail, so we need those that are detail-oriented. On-site construction would be great; A good technical understanding of construction and the required documentation.
