Interior Designer

Interior Designer in coordinating and liaising with clients, contractors, vendors and project team members for the assigned project to ensure project effectiveness and competition. Handle design drawings, design documentation and presentation work including concept design and development, construction drawing, materials sourcing and selection. Complete routine and special tasks as assigned by superiors. Requirements: Diploma or above in Architecture / Interior Design or related discipline. Minimum 1 to 3 years or above solid working experience in Hospitality field is a MUST. Familiar with architecture/ interior design, E&M facilities, building renovation & fitting-out works in residential, commercial and exhibition properties. Good conceptual design, detailed working drawing and presentation skills. Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop & other design based skills. Good computer knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. Good communication in both spoken & written Cantonese, English & Mandarin. Able to work independently with good communication, organization and problem solving skills. Customer focused and team orientated. Responsible, self-motivated and creative. Willing to work overtimes, under pressure and meet tight schedule. Hardworking and able to handle multiple tasks. Traveling and site coordination required.
