Overview Senior Architect / Chief Architect role at ALKF . ALKF has been established as an architectural firm in Hong Kong for over 50 years with a portfolio consisting of institutional ventures, hotel developments, residential and commercial projects. In year 2005 to 2018, ALKF was awarded the top 10 architectural firms in Hong Kong by BCI Asia based on year’s market share. In light of our rapid business expansion, we would like to invite professional candidates for the following position, for local projects, eg. institutional projects, highrise resident projects and commercial development. Website: Responsibilities Execute various types of projects and delivering design concept to project completion; Oversee the feasibility study, schematic design works and detailed design works; Able to build and maintain strong client relationships; Supervise various contractors and able to handle all project issues and resolve potential clashes efficiently; Review design proposals, tender documents and reports; Compliance with building ordinance, regulations, and requirements of public utilities as well as local practice; Responsible & monitor for all stages and facets of project(s) including but not limited to sketch-planning, estimates, specifications, contract drawing and documents, tender action, contract supervision, and financial control etc. Requirements Registered Architect (HKIA or RIBA); Master holder in Architecture Studies or equivalent; Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience; Familiar with planning, design and execution, project management and building regulations in Hong Kong Experience in local government submissions and approval procedures; Team leading abilities with positive working attitude and detail-oriented; Good project management and communication skills; Fluency in Cantonese and English Interested parties please send resume with expected salary to Human Resources at (email redacted, apply via Company website) All information collected will be used for recruitment purpose only.
