Responsibilities Join the in-house architectural team to oversee the projects in Hong Kong, including hotel, commercial, office, residential and conservation of heritage buildings; Work and liaise with relevant parties, including Buildings Department, other government departments/consultants/contractors/supplies, for co-ordination, site meetings as well as process variation order submission and tender documents; Plan and execute architectural design, interior fitting-out coordination and project management works; Lead a team of assistant architects and draughtsmen to handle government submissions, site supervision and general project coordination works. Qualifications Master Degree in Architecture or equivalent; Minimum 10 years’ post-qualification experience; Registered Architect and Authorized Person in Hong Kong; Well-versed with architectural procedures, e.g. tender procedure and sales of domestic units; Well-versed with local development controls, practice and regulations; Well-versed with the architectural software; Experienced in project management, e.g. execution and planning; Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; Immediate available is an advantage; Candidates with more experience will be considered for the post of Senior Architect.
