Overview An international architectural firm UNStudio is expanding its Hong Kong team and is looking for Experienced Site Architects. Role Summary As an Experienced Site Architect, you will provide senior technical leadership on complex, international mixed‑use projects, with a strong emphasis on Site performance, quality assurance and design collaboration. Qualifications Minimum 15+ years as a technical architect and project manager on complex international projects; performance culture venues highly preferred. Minimum 5 years in a senior on‑site role (Senior Resident Architect, Resident Architect or equivalent); responsible for construction site problem solving, contractor submission review, design query response. Proven experience producing and overseeing architecture, façade and interior fit‑out construction document packages, complex geometry, high‑end materials. Strong technical and design orientation with innovative thinking; knowledge of Hong Kong and China construction methods and products. Excellent communication skills in fluent English (reading/writing); Cantonese (reading/writing) a plus. Practicing knowledge of parametric design, BIM (Revit) and Rhinoceros. Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office. Proactive, self‑motivated team player, hands‑on and dedicated to quality.
