Manage Design and development of different scale projects (from Interior to Masterplan, and on various stages, from concept phase to construction and completion). Develop and oversee the production of accurate and efficient 3-dimensional models and documentation packages. (mostly with BIM) Work closely with management and other architects on multiple projects, To achieve your objectives as a Senior Architect you will need to have: Master Degree or Registered Architect HKIA /ARB /RIBA. 7 + Years of Architecture experience in a variety of scales, Interior, Retail, Commercial & Residential Architecture, Masterplaning. Extensive experience in Project Management, Team Management 2-3 Architects, Client facing, Coordination with other consultants, Familiar with Gov Submission Packages (HK Interior / High-end Retail concept to completion preferred). Extensive technical and detailing experience. (including hand-sketching solutions) Ability to coordinate priorities within tight deadlines. Ability to take initiative and provide advice, briefings, and reports to clients and/or the management. Excellent written and spoken English. Advanced skills in software such as Archicad, Revit, (BIM), Rhino, Adobe Suite (Photoshop / Indesign / Illustrator) Office, Mac and Windows interface.
