Job Description The Opportunity : Consulting Manager - Accounting & Compliance - US IPO Work location: Causeway Bay Role focus: US IPO engagements (PCAOB) Report to: Director Supervise: one team member Trip: occasionally Company Overview We are a dynamic and fast-growing professional services firm specializing in audit, assurance, tax advisory, and corporate consulting. Core Services include : Audit and assurance (including US PCAOB and HK PIE registered audits) Accounting and financial reporting Tax advisory and compliance Capital market and corporate finance consulting Job Responsibilities Provide accounting advisory services for US IPO engagements (PCAOB), including financial statement preparation under U.S. GAAP or IFRS Advise clients on accounting treatments under HKFRS / IFRS Deliver accounting and bookkeeping services under HKFRS, IFRS, and SME-FRS Support clients with tax computations and filing Assist with company secretarial services Coordinate with auditors on financial statement audits Maintain strong client relationships and respond promptly to inquiries Collaborate across service lines to ensure seamless delivery Lead various professional service engagements Coach and guide junior staff Occasional travel required Ideal Candidates Degree in Accountancy or equivalent Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting/audit firms or industry, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role Exposure to listed companies, IPO/pre-IPO clients, or multinational corporations (e.g., Big Four or second-tier CPA firms) Strong technical accounting knowledge Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated and able to manage seasonal work pressure Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook Immediate availability is preferred Terms & Benefits 5 days work week Annual leave: 14 days Birthday leave Medical allowance Performance bonus Excellent career prospects Study leave, exam leave, and exam subsidy How to Apply Please attach your CV with salary expectations to Data Privacy Personal data provided by job applicants will be used for recruitment purposes only.
