Core services include: audit and assurance (including US PCAOB and HK PIE registered audits), advisory services for US IPOs, accounting and financial reporting, tax advisory and compliance, capital market and corporate finance consulting. The Opportunity : Audit Manager / Senior Audit Manager Deliver audit and assurance services to clients across a wide range of industries. Manage all aspects of audit engagements, including planning, administration, staff scheduling, execution, and progress tracking to meet deadlines and milestones. Maintain effective and timely communication with clients. Foster strong internal collaboration across service lines. Contribute to team knowledge sharing and thought leadership initiatives. Demonstrate resilience under pressure and consistently meet deadlines. Provide coaching, guidance, and support to junior team members. Report directly to the partner. Occasional travel may be required. Ideal Candidates Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification. Certified Public Accountant (CPA). 7+ years of relevant audit experience in an audit firm, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Experience auditing listed and private companies; knowledge of IPOs, Listing Rules, and capital raising transactions is an advantage. Strong technical proficiency and project‑management capabilities. Self‑motivated and able to manage seasonal workload effectively. Proven leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and team development. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred. Committed to delivering high‑quality service and exceeding client expectations.
