Core services include: Audit and assurance (including US PCAOB and HK PIE registered audits) Advisory services for US IPOs, including audit readiness and regulatory compliance Accounting and financial reporting Tax advisory and compliance Capital market and corporate finance consulting The Opportunity: Assistant Audit Manager Deliver audit, audit-related, and other assurance services to clients across diverse industries Manage all aspects of audit engagements, including planning, administration, staff scheduling, execution, and progress monitoring to meet deadlines and milestones Maintain timely and effective communication with clients Foster strong internal collaboration across service lines Contribute to team knowledge sharing and thought leadership initiatives Demonstrate resilience under pressure and meet tight deadlines Provide coaching, guidance, and support to junior team members Report directly to the senior manager or partner Occasional travel may be required Ideal Candidates 6+ years of relevant audit experience in an audit firm, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification Experience auditing listed and private companies; familiarity with IPOs, Listing Rules, and capital raising transactions is an advantage Strong technical proficiency and project management capabilities Self-motivated and able to manage seasonal workload effectively Proven leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team development Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred Committed to delivering high‑quality service and exceeding client expectations Terms & Benefits Five‑day work week 14 days of annual leave Birthday leave Medical allowance Performance‑based bonus Excellent career development opportunities Study leave, exam leave, and exam subsidy TO APPLY For This Job Or Similar Jobs Please attach your CV with salary expected to JPC Recruiting Services was established in 1990.
