Technical Support & Implementation Engineer, APAC GK8 is seeking a talented Technical Support & Implementation Engineer to join our global team, supporting our activities across Asia. You will play a key role in providing expert customer success and post-sales support, while also participating in pre‑sales discussions and demonstrations. The role combines strong technical capabilities with customer‑facing experience, working closely with global teams to deliver secure, customized blockchain solutions. Responsibilities Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers across the region. Provide ongoing support to customers, including troubleshooting, training, and guidance on proper product use to ensure satisfaction and successful product adoption. Participate in technical discussions and product demonstrations during the sales process. Assist with system setup, integrations (including APIs), and environment configuration. Collaborate with product and development teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to continuous product improvement. Build strong relationships with customers and ensure their technical and business needs are met. Provide support to local customers and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in Customer Success, Support Engineering, Implementation, or Solution Engineering roles. Strong technical background, including proficiency in Linux, networking, system integration, API, and general troubleshooting. Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts. Experience working with clients in international markets, preferably within Asia. Familiarity with blockchain technology or financial markets is an advantage. Fluency in English; additional Asian languages (e.g., Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese) are an advantage.
