Technical Support Engineer – EEG / BCI Systems Employment Type: Full-time Location: Minhang District, Shanghai (Greater Neobay Innovation Zone) Company Introduction: Shanghai Niantong Intelligence (Econtek) is based in the Greater Neobay Innovation Zone in Minhang District, Shanghai. The company develops non-invasive brain–computer interface (BCI) systems, multimodal EEG/EMG/IMU acquisition platforms, and neurorehabilitation devices used in hospitals, research institutes, and universities nationwide. Our technology supports clinical rehabilitation, neuroscience research, cognitive studies, and applied BCI development. We are expanding our technical support team to strengthen customer success and on-site technical assistance. Responsibilities Provide technical support for EEG/EMG/IMU and BCI hardware and software Troubleshoot device, networking, and configuration issues Support customers with EEG data acquisition, preprocessing, and analysis workflows Assist with BCI and EEG experiment setup in hospital and research settings Conduct product training and demonstrations for clinical and academic partners Record technical issues and collaborate with R&D to resolve them Contribute to user guides and internal documentation Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Neuroscience, Automation, or related fields Experience working with EEG data and tools such as MNE, EEGLAB, or similar software Familiarity with EEG preprocessing, artifact removal, and basic signal analysis Understanding of BCI concepts and common EEG paradigms (ERP, SSVEP, SMR, etc.) Strong troubleshooting ability in hardware and software Clear and confident communication skills Proficiency in Chinese and working English ability Preferred Qualifications Experience in a lab, rehabilitation center, or medical-device environment Python or MATLAB experience for EEG analysis Familiarity with EMG, motion capture, or other physiological-signal systems How to Apply Please email your CV and a short introduction to Subject line: Application – Technical Support Engineer (EEG/BCI) #J-18808-Ljbffr
