Fund Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth fund data analysis, interpret key metrics and trends, and provide data-driven insights to support operational decision-making. Perform failure rate testing on fund-related systems and processes, identify root causes of failures, and propose targeted improvement solutions. Optimize system functions and operational workflows related to fund management to enhance overall operational efficiency and user experience. Carry out daily inspections on fund operations, including process compliance, data accuracy, and system stability, to promptly detect and resolve potential risks. Execute routine functional operations of fund systems accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to operational standards and timelines. Design and implement rationality checks for fund adjustments (e.g., allocation, settlement adjustments) to prevent irregularities and ensure compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational bottlenecks and promote the smooth implementation of process optimizations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of relevant financial work experience, with at least 3 years in fund operations, financial accounting, or system optimization. Proficiency in fund flow management, financial accounting principles, and relevant regulatory requirements. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, capable of analyzing complex operational issues and proposing effective solutions. Excellent individual competence with a proactive attitude, able to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines (T1 priority). Familiar with financial management software and fund operational systems; experience in system optimization is highly preferred. Keen numerical sensitivity and solid data analysis skills, proficient in common data analysis tools and techniques. Meticulous, responsible, and strong risk awareness; committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance. Good communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
