Legal Consultant - Investment Funds role at Axiom We are currently seeking Investment Funds Lawyers to join our team and provide long term support (2+ years ) to our Fortune 500 clients. Responsibilities Provide legal counsel and support on the formation, structuring, and operation of investment funds as well as legal support on funds investments and related investment strategies Qualifications Qualified lawyer with minimum of 3 or more years of experience practicing in investment funds/asset management practice, or relevant experience in-house Compensation, Benefits & Location: This role offers competitive compensation and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace, that includes Medical, dental, and more.
