Overview Join to apply for the Legal Consultant - Margin Financing role at Axiom . We are currently on the lookout for a Legal Consultant with margin financing/margin loans experience to support our global financial service clients. Responsibilities Working with and advising business clients, while providing guidance and practical solutions Draft and negotiate margin loan agreements using industry-standard documentation (e.g. APLMA) Structure and advise on equity financing transactions Qualifications Qualified lawyer with 3–10 (+) years of PQE with relevant experience in margin loans and equity financing/derivatives Familiarity with APLMA documentation and structured equity products is an asset Compensation, Benefits & Location This role offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace, including medical, dental, and more.
