Responsibilities Working side by side with the legal and business teams of our F500 clients to provide commercially tailored support Providing practical legal advice on transactional matters while aligning with business goals and initiatives Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and other agreements across various business lines Maintaining and updating documentation with most recent regulatory requirements Working with and advising business clients directly, as well as providing guidance and practical solutions for various corporate policies where required Minimum Qualifications Circa 3-8 years’ experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts Compensation, Benefits & Location This role offers a range of competitive compensation and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits and paid time off.
