About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient professional to join us in a hybrid role of Operations and Business Development to drive growth in our fund administration business. This role blends sales strategy, relationship management, and operational expertise — ideal for someone who understands the nuances of fund administration and enjoys engaging with clients and channel partners. The ideal candidate will not only identify and pursue new business opportunities but also possess a solid understanding of the fund operations lifecycle, including NAV calculation, investor services, compliance, and reporting. You will serve as a bridge between potential clients and our operational teams, ensuring that our solutions are both commercially attractive and operationally sound. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Hong Kong. Develop strategies for fund administration services sales in the market. Client & Partner Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners including law firms, auditors, fund managers, placement agents, and administrators. Serve as the main point of contact for prospects and clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long‑term engagement. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums. Technical & Product Expertise Leverage hands‑on fund administration experience to effectively communicate product capabilities and operational processes to clients. Collaborate closely with internal operations, technology, and compliance teams to design tailored client solutions. Stay current with regulatory, market, and technology developments impacting the fund administration industry. Performance & Reporting Achieve individual and team sales targets. Maintain accurate pipeline and client data in CRM systems. Provide regular business development reports and market insights to management. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of operational experience in fund administration or fund accounting (e.g., private equity, hedge funds, or real estate funds). Strong understanding of fund structures, subscription/redemption processes, NAV calculation, and financial reporting. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proactive, self‑driven, and goal‑oriented personality with a strong sense of ownership. Experience with CRM tools preferred.
