Our client, a prestigious legal service firm, is seeking a dedicated IT Support professional. This role involves providing user support, managing network infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth operation of business applications. Responsibilities: Provide hands‑on user support, including the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of PC hardware and software for both internal and external parties. Manage network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity. Support business applications, including email and internal systems. Troubleshoot hardware issues related to PCs, networking devices, mobile devices, and video conferencing equipment. Handle user account creation, permission settings, and password resets. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support. Self‑motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. Solid experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Hyper‑V, VM, and networking. Proficient in computer systems, network functions, and software applications. Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Knowledge of IT security protocols and data protection practices. Strong team player with a sense of responsibility and exceptional interpersonal skills. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
