Our client is a leading provider of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions in China, with offices in major cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Guangzhou. They have a dedicated team of around 50 people in their Shenzhen office, reporting to the General Manager in Hangzhou. While they also work with headhunters in China, they are seeking to enhance their international outreach and are looking to recruit talent from overseas. New Client Development Actively seek and develop new clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, industry events, online platforms, email marketing, and partner referrals. Identify, approach, and establish connections with potential clients in target regions. Customer Needs Analysis & Solution Provision Conduct thorough investigations into customer needs and pain points to understand their business scenarios. Deliver professional online presentations and product demonstrations, effectively showcasing product solutions and value propositions. Sales Process Management Independently manage the entire sales cycle, including needs discovery, solution proposals, quotations, business negotiations, and contract signing. Utilize CRM systems proficiently to ensure accurate tracking of sales processes. Continuously monitor market trends and industry dynamics in designated regions. Provide valuable insights for product and market strategy optimization. Communicate effectively with clients and teams from diverse cultural backgrounds to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Achievement of Performance Targets Take accountability for achieving sales targets, with a focus on exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual performance goals. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in computer software or related fields. Over three years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with familiarity in SaaS business models; experience in overseas markets (Europe, North America, etc.) is preferred. Excellent English communication and negotiation skills; capable of independently conducting product demos and business negotiations in English. Strong business negotiation skills, goal-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to quickly learn and understand technology and product concepts. High cultural adaptability and cross-cultural communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and teams from various regions.
