Country Manager; Sales Director, Sales VP, Head of North Asia As a Senior Sales Director, your main responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Corporate clients includes FSI, Government, corporate and more. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to drive performance. Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Preparing and presenting regular sales reports to senior management. Representing the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility. The Successful Applicant: A successful Senior Sales Director should have: A strong background in sales within the technology industry, ideally within the ITSM, ITOM, APM solution space. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Leadership experience in managing and motivating sales teams. A client-focused mindset with a track record of building long-term relationships. Apolitical skills to assess market trends and drive data-informed decisions.
