West Kowloon Cultural District (WestK) is one of the largest and most ambitious cultural hubs in the world and Hong Kong’s new cultural tourism landmark, spanning 40 hectares alongside Victoria Harbour. WestK comprises a mix of landmark arts and cultural facilities, including world‑class museums M+ and the Hong Kong Palace Museum, intricately designed performing arts venues the Xiqu Centre and Freespace, the 11‑hectare Art Park with a waterfront promenade, and the upcoming WestK Performing Arts Centre. (This is a fixed‑term contract position of 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.) Responsibilities Assisting in CRM system enhancement projects by supporting planning, testing, and rollout of new features. Supporting customer segmentation and CRM journey optimisation to enhance campaign effectiveness. Managing end‑to‑end email campaigns, covering design coordination, content and asset preparation, quality assurance, scheduling, and performance reporting. Supporting daily CRM‑initiated projects and ensuring data sanity, e.g., checking for completeness and accuracy. Managing data, preparing reports and analytics related to CRM programmes to obtain customer insights. Performing any ad‑hoc or special projects assigned by the Authority. Qualifications Recognised university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics or related disciplines. 1–2 years of experience in database marketing and preferably with exposure to CRM operation. Basic knowledge in CRM tools such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce is an advantage. Strong statistical & analytical skills, and sensitivity to numbers. Team player with strong time management skills and great attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and both Traditional and Simplified Chinese.
