About Deel Immigration Deel Immigration helps companies, founders, and individuals navigate the complex process of obtaining work visas and relocating employees. Over 70+ countries, we streamline visa sponsorship, provide dedicated case managers, and offer an AI‑powered platform that handles every step of the application process. Role Summary As a Sales Development Representative, you will drive growth through inbound and outbound prospecting, generate high‑quality sales leads, and qualify prospects to move them to the account executive pipeline. You will collaborate with the sales team, research market opportunities, and build relationships with decision makers across all levels of target customer segments. Responsibilities Drive growth through inbound and outbound prospecting, generating leads that turn into opportunities and closed business. Learn from seasoned sales team, help build a world‑class Sales Playbook and tech stack. Educate and develop leads via phone calls, emails, webinars, and campaigns. Support marketing activities, prospect touch‑points, and handoff to an Account Executive. Generate email sequences and make cold calls to map and penetrate accounts. Conduct follow‑up calls and emails until meetings are set. Requirements Proficiency in native level Chinese (Mandarin) 2‑3 years of experience in a sales development or outbound commercial role Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic, remote team environment Strong organizational and time‑management skills Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and eager to learn Autonomous and self‑source solutions Track record of exceeding quota in a quota‑carrying role Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus Entrepreneurial spirit with a growth mindset Creative email copy and sequence writing that converts Adaptable and comfortable with fast‑paced environment Active relationship builder who collaborates with internal and external teams Preferred: experience at HR or Fintech company, fast‑growing startup, remote & distributed team Total Rewards We offer fair and competitive pay, scalable benefits, and perks that reflect our commitment to inclusion and access for all.
