Customer Service Officer (Night shift, 5-day work) The Night Shift Receptionist provides essential front‑line support during evening hours, ensuring smooth operations of the veterinary hospital. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, managing client communications, scheduling appointments, and supporting the team to maintain a welcoming and efficient environment for clients and their pets. Key Responsibilities Greet clients and patients warmly upon arrival, creating a friendly and professional first impression. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to hospital services, appointments, and emergencies. Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments efficiently. Maintain accurate and organized client and patient records in the hospital database. Facilitate communication between clients, veterinarians, and other team members. Assist in processing payments and billing procedures. Support the hospital’s daily operations and ensure a clean, organized reception area. Respond promptly to emergency situations, directing clients and coordinating with veterinary staff. Promote hospital services, wellness plans, seasonal promotions, loyalty programs, and new offerings. Qualifications Higher Diploma or above in any discipline, prior experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred. Prior experience in a veterinary hospital or pet care facility is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work effectively under pressure during night hours. Positive attitude, professional appearance, and friendly demeanor. Working Conditions Night shift work: 7pm to 5am / 11pm to 9am (10‑hour per shift). 5‑day work week, including weekends and public holidays as required. Fast‑paced environment requiring flexibility and teamwork. Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary package including above‑market base salary, double pay. Annual leave, public holidays.
