Director - Business Development & Creative Marketing (Asia) • Develop and execute business strategy for cultural projects, live events, experiential marketing campaigns. • Forged strategic partnerships with government, corporate, and international brand partners. • Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale cultural projects (e.g. cultural festivals, film festivals, music festivals). • Build, inspire and manage high-performing cross-functional teams across planning, creative, operations and commercial units. • Integrate regional resources across Greater China and APAC to support business expansion. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or above in Arts, Design, Cultural Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines. • Minimum 8 years’ senior management experience in cultural performance, large-scale events, or experiential marketing, with at least 5 years in team leadership. • Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to convert creative concepts into feasible business solutions. • Extensive network and proven track record in securing and delivering complex, high‑budget, cross‑border projects. • Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin; able to travel frequently and thrive in a multicultural environment. • In‑depth knowledge of cultural entertainment trends, digital marketing and customer experience. Preferred: • Experience with large tourism destinations (e.g. theme parks, resorts, major scenic spots). • Background in cultural IP development, talent/content management or international cultural projects. • Successful delivery of cultural‑tourism projects in Greater China (especially South China) or Southeast Asia. • Familiarity with government liaison and large‑scale event approvals.
