Job Responsibilities: Market Insight and Product Strategy – In-depth tracking of Hong Kong insurance market dynamics, covering policies and regulations, competitive product dynamics and customer needs, accurately formulating differentiated product strategies, promoting product iteration and upgrading, and enhancing market competitiveness. Product Lifecycle Management – Responsible for product on-shelf and off-shelf process management, product analysis and comparison, output of professional product information, and providing accurate support for sales teams and customers. Sales Strategy and Training System – Formulate product tiered sales strategies, build standardized training systems, produce marketing materials, product comparison and other marketing support tools to ensure that product advantages can be accurately conveyed to sales teams and customers, and improve sales conversion rates. Data Analysis and Promotion Collaboration – Through sales data analysis, optimize customer conversion strategies, and work with sales teams to design innovative promotion plans to improve market promotion effectiveness. Insurance Company Connection and Relationship Maintenance – Responsible for daily connection with insurance companies and maintaining good cooperative relationships to ensure smooth and efficient cooperation processes. Resource Coordination Management – Coordinate the management of various policies, preferential activities and sales support resources of insurance companies to achieve efficient allocation and utilization of resources. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, priority is given to related majors such as insurance, finance, and marketing. More than 5 years of working experience in the insurance industry, familiar with the Hong Kong insurance market. Possess strong market analysis and product planning capabilities, and be able to accurately grasp market demands and competitive situations.
