ERP 產品經理（ PO ）Project Manager (Station in Sheng Zhen) ⾹港银河电讯成⽴于 2003 年，是全球领先的⼆⼿设备服务平台，处于全球业务⾼ 速扩张与战略转型期。我们坚决跳出传统的价格竞争，坚持以服务为核⼼，凭借⾃ 研 ERP 系统的强⼤⽀撑，提供标准、透明、⾼效的⼀站式交易服务，持续引领⾏业变⾰。 我们的⽂化开放与协作：推崇扁平化管理与透明沟通，我们相信伟⼤的产品源于多元化团队的紧密协作，⿎励分享知识和相互学习； ⼤胆创新，追求卓越：全球视野：作为总部位于⾹港，并在美国、深圳、迪拜设有分⽀机构的企业，我 们重视跨地域、跨⽂化的⼯程协同效率 ； 我们正在寻找⼀位具备系统思维与业务洞察⼒的 ERP 产品经理（ PO ），你将负责公 司内部 ERP 与数字化管理系统的规划、设计与持续优化，提升运营效率与管理⽔平 岗位职责 需求挖掘与分析与业务一线关键用户及利益相关者沟通 挖掘其深层需求和痛点，并将其转化为清晰的需求 制定项目计划，负责长期产品规划和Roadmap（路线图）制定产品规划与设计，基于业务分析输出系统架构、流程图与功能模块设计，形成PRD文档，作为敏捷团队的PO 负责产品待办事项列表的管理，包括用户故事撰写、优先级排序和版本迭代规划 项目推动与协作：与Scrum团队协作，参与Sprint规划、评审和复盘会议，确保产品功能按时、高质量交付上线 协调内外部资源，管理利益相关者的期望，有效推动跨部门项目合作，处理需求变更 产品交付与持续优化：负责产品上线的培训和实施，跟踪上线后的效果和数据分析，收集用户反馈，持续优化文档与知识沉淀 建立统一的产品文档体系标准（需求、流程、操作指引等），推动内部产品知识共享与数字化运营文化建设 任职要求 本科及以上学历，计算机科学等相关专业 5 年以上 B端产品或ERP产品经理或相关领域经验 熟悉Odoo优先，有从0到1搭建复杂B端系统或ERP模块的成功经验 必须深入理解至少一个核心业务领域（如：业财一体化、供应链管理、生产制造、HRM等）的流程和逻辑 项目管理经验，了解行业通用方法论（如MECE、MVP），拥有自己的工作体系和方法论，熟悉SDLC、瀑布、敏捷开发流程和工具 有企业架构经验优先（TOGAF） 核心能力：系统思维与结构化分析力；具备出色的逻辑、抽象与数据分析能力，能够在复杂业务中识别问题本质，构建系统化、可落地的解决方案 自我驱动与卓越追求：具备强烈的责任心与结果导向，能够在快速变化的环境中高效推进任务落地 创新思维与变革推动力：善于借助AI与新一代生产力工具，提升个人与团队效率 工作地点：深圳 · 福田 · 上梅林 福利待遇：13薪 + 年终奖金 + 项目奖金 培训学习基准，支持职业成长；弹性工作制、无加班文化；香港工作签证与身份支持 請提供中英文履歷 #J-18808-Ljbffr
