SEM & Campaign Management Manage Baidu, Google and other search engine SEM campaigns: account setup, keyword selection, ad copywriting, and bidding strategy. Monitor and optimize CTR, CVR, CPC and CPA performance through data-driven improvements. Conduct regular account health checks to prevent invalid clicks and budget waste. Identify and evaluate new online marketing channels (social media, KOL/KOC, affiliate networks, co-branding, etc.). Develop and execute channel investment plans, including budget allocation, campaign execution, and performance review. Negotiate and manage partnerships with platforms, agencies, and media to maximize resources and exposure. Stay updated with competitor strategies and emerging channels (e.g. short video, private domain traffic). 3. Data Analytics & Market Insights Collect, clean, and analyze campaign and user data to assess marketing performance. Monitor competitors’ products, positioning, and promotional activities to provide actionable insights. Use tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI to create visualization dashboards and performance reports. Provide optimization recommendations to improve marketing ROI and efficiency. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, E-commerce, Statistics, Business, or related fields. 1–3 years of experience in SEM, channel development, or marketing analytics (finance/tech industry preferred). Strong data analysis skills, proficient in Excel and data visualization tools. Knowledge of Baidu/Google Ads platforms and digital marketing best practices.
