We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QA Specialist / Assistant Manager / Manager to support the Quality Assurance team in maintaining and enhancing product and service quality standards across the organization. WHAT YOU'LL DO Perform routine product quality checking, lines inspection and retention sampling at various stages of kitchenware manufacturing processes. Responsible for implementing and maintaining the documentation of quality and kitchenware safety management system. Work closely with the purchasing team to verify product information from suppliers. Responsible for assessing the risks of new kitchenware products developed in accordance with safety testing standards, and product specification to ensure compliance with legal requirements. Assist in handling customer enquiries and complaints related to kitchenware quality & safety, conducting root cause analysis and following corrective action. Participate in internal and external audits and training programs. Inspect and determine the quality of raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products, packaging, and outgoing goods. Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned. Candidates with less experience may be considered. YOU COME WITH Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in a similar position, preferably in manufacturing, focusing on kitchenware or general hard goods products (major products - plastic) Understanding of quality requirements/returning policies for the APAC markets. Familiar with Europe and America food laws & regulations, such as ISO 9001 audit and certificate etc. Excellent qualitative, analytical, and communication skills with all levels of staff.
