What You’ll Do Lead end‑to‑end HR implementation projects, including requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and go‑live, ensuring high‑quality delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. Act as internal project manager, liaising with business users to lead project implementations. Lead the implementation of the HR system, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and driving digital transformation across the APAC region. Oversee preparation of key project deliverables such as system blueprints, user manuals, training materials, and acceptance reports. Drive knowledge sharing and methodology development to strengthen team capabilities and enhance delivery standards. Capture business requirements and convert them into technical specifications. Stay updated on new technologies, HR trends, and market developments to continuously improve the implementation approach and contribute as a thought leader within the company and the industry. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Management, HR Management, or related fields. 8+ years of HR technology implementation experience, including at least 4 years as the project leader; proven track record in managing large‑scale, complex implementations. Strong proficiency in HR systems administration and enhancement projects. Excellent research and analytical abilities, with strong judgment and creative problem‑solving skills. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence senior executives and manage cross‑functional teams effectively. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (spoken and written). Experience with multinational corporations or large enterprise HR systems is highly desirable.
