Together, we unleash the power of electricity You'll be bringing these values to us… Be Business Partner of designated motor vehicle brands, insurance broker/ agency business units or corporate functions and provide quality service and advice on recruitment, manpower planning and monitoring, organisational structure and effectiveness, performance management, engagement and retention, staff cases, compliance etc. Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle to achieve effective hiring outcomes, from discussing job design with hiring managers, refining search directions, sourcing candidates, conducting assessments and proposing packages. Manage daily HR operations throughout staff life cycle including but not limited to onboarding, movement, exit, Workday maintenance etc. Assist in developing and executing staff engagement, communication, recognition and cultural transformation initiatives. Work with Compensation & Benefit Team on reviewing commission, incentive and allowance schemes, salary review, budgeting and implementation of Workday. Work with Training Team on identifying training needs and supporting succession planning and management trainee programme. Support or handle any other HR projects/initiatives as assigned. You’ll be a Great Talent, if you possess… University graduate preferably in the discipline of Human Resources Management, Communications or Business Administration related. Minimum of 8 years’ relevant working experience, solid HR Business Partnering and recruitment experiences are necessary, candidates with HR generalist background are also welcome. Proactive, self-driven and detail-minded. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, able to communicate with and influence with stakeholders effectively at all levels. Able to manage multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-pacing and matrix environment. Agile with growth mindset and strong team spirit, open to participate in different HR initiatives and functions. High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese. Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislations.
