Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for establishing and reaching sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with key customers, and responding to market demands.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction resulting in increased efficiency and achieving quarterly incentive goals.
  • Improve and enhance sales skills and competence.
  • Leading strategic joint business agenda with customers, developing annual business plans, and managing in-year negotiations and course correction plans.
  • Manage day to day service issues between marketing, product, customer marketing, and retailer buying teams.

Nice to have:

  • Proven track record in sales management and building customer relationships.
  • Experience in the toy industry is a plus
  • 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Expertise in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Strong communication skills, a pioneering spirit, and the ability to handle pressure well.
  • Excellent business development and negotiation skills. Strong sense of public relations, teamwork, and the ability to work independently. Courage to explore and innovate.
  • Excellent presentation skills, proficiency in the use of MS Office with strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook competency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
