We would like to invite high caliber individuals to fill the following vacancy: Responsibilities Support operations by ensuring high performance, security and reliability of database systems. Contribute to business intelligence initiatives and data-driven decision-making by managing analytics platforms and collaborating across teams. Serve as a subject matter expert on Oracle EBS and BI databases, leading architecture design, implementation, performance testing and daily operations. Perform advanced performance tuning, real-time monitoring and security hardening across Oracle EBS, IBM DB2 and BI platforms. Set up, migrate, analyze and maintain databases including Oracle EBS, IBM DB2 and BI systems (e.g., Oracle Database, MS SQL and etc). Support data analytics initiatives by ensuring data availability, integrity and performance across reporting and dashboarding tools. Troubleshoot complex issues, execute installations, upgrades, patching and configurations with minimal downtime. Collaborate with application, development, BI and project teams to support seamless operations and successful implementations. Create and maintain documentation for database designs, configurations, testing protocols and backup / restore procedures. Conduct regular compliance reviews and security audits to meet regulatory standards and mitigate risks. Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery aligned with SLAs. Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or other related disciplines. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing Oracle EBS and IBM DB2 databases, BI platforms and data analytics tools. Experience in manufacturing industry is essential. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to support data-driven decision-making. Good communication skills, self-motivated and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
