Overview Portfolio Sales Executive (Inside Sales Associate) – Hong Kong. You will help drive real business change and grow your career in fintech as Convera transforms into an agile B2B fintech platform. Key Responsibilities Engage a portfolio of Convera’s corporate SME clients to drive revenue, retention and growth. Achieve revenue targets in existing portfolio through retention and share of wallet growth. Execute outbound revenue generating engagement using data to identify opportunities. Onboard and nurture new clients onto our platforms. Promote a self-service model to clients, utilizing platform capabilities to enhance efficiency and engagement. Portfolio Management Support managing a portfolio of clients and conduct regular account reviews for key customers. Utilize data and analytics reports to target cross/upsell opportunities within the portfolio. Work with marketing to develop and launch retention, win‑back and growth campaigns in the portfolio. Promote a self‑service model with the portfolio on our platform to enhance efficiency. Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system. Support middle office teams with customer queries as appropriate. New Business Acquisition Utilize warm leads provided by marketing to acquire additional customers. Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and other channels to promote products and services. Deliver product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and pricing. Leverage existing customer referrals to mine for new business. Training & Development Ongoing training and development focused on key attributes of the role. Stay up to date on product offerings, industry trends, and competitors to answer questions and provide solutions. Qualifications 2+ years of progressive B2B sales and/or account management experience, preferably within the corporate foreign exchange industry. English language fluency is required; Cantonese language skills are a must as majority of clients in Hong Kong prefer Cantonese. Some exposure to corporate foreign exchange is beneficial; without it, application is still considered if experience in financial markets exists. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport quickly. Goal‑oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Gong, HighSpot, etc.) and other sales enablement tools; tech‑savvy with passion for digital tools.
