Roles & Responsibilities Provide support to sales team in administrative duties such as order processing, documentation, and reporting. Work closely with sales team to support them to achieve company revenue targets. Assist sales team in handling all administrative tasks and other ad‑hoc work. Handle customers’ inquiries through mail and phone (e.g., preparing quotations and proforma invoices, tracking delivery schedules, handling order cancellation, etc.). Responsible for handling customer Purchase Order (PO) and monitoring order status (e.g., order entry, payment collection, delivery arrangement, sales and credit release, etc.). Build and maintain customer relationships. Hands‑on, detail oriented, and able to work under pressure. Requirements Education background: Diploma or above. Knowledge and experience in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.). Working experience in supporting sales team/operations is ideal. Fresh graduates will be considered. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
